I. Green Products – Carbon Reduction at the Source to Empower Downstream Industries

1. Phosphorus-free technical solution

Against increasingly stringent total phosphorus emission standards, Prio takes the lead in popularizing fully organic phosphorus-free corrosion and scale inhibitors. This technology enables stable operation of clients’ circulating water systems under high concentration ratios, directly saving over 30% of water consumption and greatly lowering environmental compliance risks arising from clients’ wastewater discharge.

2. Biodegradable formulations

Green chemistry concepts are embedded at the molecular design stage of products. Low-toxicity and biodegradable organic raw materials are selected preferentially to reduce residues and cumulative environmental impacts of water treatment chemicals in natural water bodies.

3. Intelligent coordinated chemical dosing

Precise dosing is realized relying on the Smart Water Cloud Control System. AI algorithms replace empirical operation to fundamentally eliminate waste and secondary pollution caused by excessive chemical dosing, maximizing the utilization efficiency of every ton of chemical agents.

II. Green Intelligent Manufacturing – Low-carbon Production Control Throughout the Whole Lifecycle

1. Clean processes and continuous production

The Heze production base adopts production processes benchmarked against global leading enterprises, replacing traditional batch production with continuous production processes. This greatly elevates atomic utilization rate and cuts the generation of waste residues and waste liquids at the production source.

2. Digital energy efficiency management

The whole plant is equipped with Siemens DCS Distributed Control System and MES Manufacturing Execution System to realize real-time monitoring of production data and automatic tuning of process parameters. Accurate regulation of reaction temperature and pressure effectively reduces comprehensive energy consumption per unit product.

3. Ultra-low pollutant emission treatment

(1) Waste gas: Workshops adopt closed negative-pressure collection, supported by high-efficiency treatment facilities including alkaline washing plus activated carbon adsorption/catalytic combustion. Online monitoring devices are installed at major discharge outlets and connected to local ecological and environmental authorities in real time.

(2) Wastewater: The factory owns a self-built wastewater treatment station with sufficient processing capacity and an 1800 m³ emergency accident tank. Production wastewater and initial rainwater can be fully collected and treated under any extreme working conditions to guarantee stable standard-compliant wastewater discharge.

(3) Solid waste: Hazardous waste is managed in strict accordance with electronic manifest systems and entrusted to qualified third-party disposal institutions with high-level qualifications for safe treatment and resource recycling.

1. Standardized governance and transparent management system

The company complies with both international standards and domestic regulations, holding ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certifications. We commit to regularly releasing sustainability (ESG) reports, disclosing annual environmental investment, energy consumption data and carbon reduction performance, and accepting supervision from the public and clients.

2. Industry-university-research joint R&D
