Performance and Applications

PR-445, PR-445N, PR-445ND are partially neutralized acrylic acid homopolymers, which are environmentally friendly auxiliaries, phosphorus-free, non-toxic and pollution-free, with excellent calcium and magnesium chelating power and calcium carbonate dispersing ability. When used as fabric washing auxiliaries, washing powder additives, industrial cleaner auxiliaries, etc., the product can improve the anti-soil redeposition performance of detergents, improve the foam performance and rinsing performance of detergents, and at the same time, it can reduce the viscosity of slurry, has excellent pH buffering ability, and reduce the irritation of detergents to the skin.

PR-445, PR-445N, PR-445ND are also very general-purpose dispersants for pigments and fillers, widely used in inorganic additives (such as calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, barium sulfate, talc), ceramics, coatings, textile printing and dyeing, papermaking and other fields. The product can be used for the dispersion of a variety of powders, especially suitable for the grinding and dispersion of calcium carbonate and ceramic slurry dispersion. When used as a grinding dispersant and slurry dispersant, it has the advantages of low dispersion viscosity and low dosage. Adding a small amount can keep it at a relatively low effective dispersion viscosity at a higher content, and also endow it with good storage stability, effectively control the re-thickening phenomenon of pigments and fillers, and is suitable for various ultra-fine pigments and fillers.

PR-445N has low foaming property, which makes the pigments and fillers rarely foam during the manufacturing and use process, has high dispersion efficiency for mineral pigments, reduces the grinding and dispersion time in production, and saves energy consumption. In addition, the chelating dispersant product is also widely used in the textile printing and dyeing field, used in the pretreatment process of dyeing and finishing, which can significantly improve the scouring effect; in desizing, scouring, bleaching and dyeing processes, it can reduce the impact of metal ions such as Ca²⁺, Mg²⁺, Cu²⁺, Fe²⁺ in water on product quality; has a protective effect on the decomposition of H₂O₂, and protects the fiber; can significantly improve whiteness and eliminate yellow spots.

Usage Method

The recommended dosage of this product in washing powder formula is 0.8～1.5%, and the recommended dosage in liquid detergent formula is 2.0-3.0%. When used as a chelating dispersant in other industries, the dosage can be determined according to tests.

Packaging and Storage

PR-445&PR-445N liquid is packed in plastic drums Standard capacities: 25kg, 250kg, 1250kg (IBC tank).Note: Packaging weight can be adjusted according to customer requirements.; PR-445ND solid is packed in plastic woven bags lined with polyethylene bags, with a net weight of 25kg per bag (can also be customized according to user requirements). Store in a cool indoor place. The shelf life is twelve months.
