    Performance and Applications

    POCA introduces phosphonic acid groups into the original carboxylic acid groups, has good dispersion performance on calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate scale in circulating cooling water, and also has a good inhibitory effect on the deposition of barium sulfate, strontium sulfate and silica scale. It has a synergistic effect when compounded with other organophosphonates and copolymers. The product has the characteristics of wide applicable water quality range, good chemical stability and strong chlorine oxidation resistance. It is mainly used for scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition of industrial circulating cooling water systems and oilfield reinjection water systems.

    Usage Method

    POCA can be used alone at a dosage of 5~20mg/L, or in combination with organophosphonic acids, copolymers, zinc salts or BTA, etc.

    Packaging and Storage

    POCA is packed in plastic drums, Standard capacities: 25kg, 250kg, 1250kg (IBC tank).Note: Packaging weight can be adjusted according to customer requirements.Store in a cool indoor place. The shelf life is twelve months.

    Safety Protection

    POCA is acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
