    Performance and Applications

    PBTCA has low phosphorus content. Due to its structural characteristics of phosphonic acid and carboxylic acid, it has excellent scale and corrosion inhibition performance, superior to common organophosphonic acids. Especially at high temperature, its scale inhibition performance is far better than common organophosphonic acids. It can improve the solubility of zinc, has good chlorine oxidation resistance, and excellent compounding synergy. It has a wide range of applications and superior performance in the compounding of high-efficiency scale and corrosion inhibitors, and is also an excellent stabilizer for zinc salts.

    PBTCA is widely used in corrosion and scale inhibition of circulating cooling water systems and oilfield water injection systems, especially suitable for compounding with zinc salts and copolymers. It can be used in occasions with high temperature, high hardness, high alkalinity and operation under high concentration cycles. In the washing industry, it can be used as a chelating agent and metal cleaning agent.

    Usage Method

    PBTC is usually used in combination with other water treatment agents such as zinc salts, copolymers, organophosphorus, azoles, etc. If used alone, the dosage is 5~15mg/L.

    Packaging and Storage

    PBTC is packed in plastic drums, Standard capacities: 25kg, 250kg, 1250kg (IBC tank).Note: Packaging weight can be adjusted according to customer requirements. Store in a cool indoor place. The shelf life is twelve months.

    Safety Protection

    PBTC is acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
