    Performance and Applications

ATMP has excellent chelating, threshold inhibition and lattice distortion properties. It can prevent the formation of scale from scaling salts in water, especially calcium carbonate scale.

ATMP has stable chemical properties in water and is not easy to hydrolyze. It exhibits good corrosion inhibition effect at high concentrations in water.

ATMP is used in circulating cooling water systems of thermal power plants and oil refineries, as well as oilfield reinjection water systems. It can reduce corrosion and scaling of metal equipment or pipelines.

In textile printing and dyeing industries, ATMP is used as a chelating agent for metal ions, and also as a metal surface treatment agent, etc.

ATMP solid is white granular, easily soluble in water, highly hygroscopic, convenient for transportation and use, especially suitable for severe cold regions in winter.

    Usage Method

ATMP is often formulated with other organophosphonic acids, polycarboxylic acids or their salts into organic water treatment agents for circulating cooling water systems under various water quality conditions. The optimal dosage is 1~20mg/L; when used as a corrosion inhibitor, the dosage is 20~60mg/L.

    Packaging and Storage

ATMP liquid is packed in plastic drums, Standard capacities: 25kg, 250kg, 1250kg (IBC tank).Note: Packaging weight can be adjusted according to customer requirements. ATMP solid is packed in plastic woven bags lined with polyethylene bags, with a net weight of 25kg per bag, or customized according to user requirements. Store in a cool and ventilated indoor place, keep away from moisture and direct sunlight. The shelf life is twelve months.

    Safety Protection

ATMP is acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
