    Polyether-ester defoamer is a highly effective polyether compound foam suppressant that achieves the same durability as traditional foam suppressants with only a small amount used. Through esterification, it disperses better in water and suppresses foam more durably.

    Composed of polyether, hydroxy compounds, synergists, and fatty acids.

    Product feature

    Easily dispersible in water,

    Especially in high COD, highly polluted water, and acidic or alkaline environments, it can quickly eliminate foam and has outstanding anti-foaming performance.

    Application area

    landfill leachate treatment, furnace slag wastewater, power plant desulfurization, oxidative smelting, biological treatment of water, etc.

    Application Method

    This product cannot be diluted with water. Diluting it with water may cause layering, reducing its defoaming effect and ultimately increasing usage costs. 

    Based on factors such as viscosity, temperature, and stirring conditions of the foaming system, select an economical dosage in ppm units.

    The optimal addition point, dosage, addition method, and dilution ratio should be determined by the customer through on-site testing based on actual conditions.

    Precautions

    Packaged in 25kg, 50kg, 200kg plastic drums or 1000kg IBC drums.

    Sealed storage at room temperature (5°C to 40°C) with a well-ventilated, dry environment away from direct sunlight.  

    Freeze at temperatures below 0°C. If frozen, dissolve and stir thoroughly; this will not affect its performance.

    Validity period 12 months (under suitable temperature conditions, unopened).
