Product description
Polyether-silicon defoamer is an active, dilutable emulsion-type defoamer. Its main component is water-soluble silicone polyether, which achieves the same durability as traditional defoamers with minimal usage. It is used in conventional surfactant and polymer foaming systems. It has rapid defoaming efficacy and anti-foaming properties, is compatible with various additives, can quickly eliminate foam, and has the ability to prevent foam regeneration.
Main ingredient
Composed of polysiloxane, modified polysiloxane, silica, special polyether hydroxy compounds, synergists, etc.

Product feature
Easily dispersible in water.
Quickly eliminates foam and has outstanding anti-foaming properties.
Easy to prepare and store in diluted emulsion.
Application area
Evaporator water, landfill leachate, desulfurization water, paper mill wastewate, textile starch slurry, starch paste, industrial cleaning, water-based adhesives, etc.
Application Method
Silicone defoamers can be diluted using thickened water. During dilution, the stirring speed should be 30rpm to 60 rpm, and suggest should not exceed 10 minutes. For specific dilution methods, please contact us. The company shall not be liable for any adverse consequences resulting from improper use of the product.
Based on factors such as viscosity, temperature, and stirring conditions of the foaming system, select an economical dosage in ppm units.
The optimal addition point, dosage, addition method, and dilution ratio should be determined by the customer through on-site testing based on actual conditions.
Precautions
Packaged in 25kg, 50kg, 200kg plastic drums or 1000kg IBC drums.
Sealed storage at room temperature (5°C to 40°C) with a well-ventilated, dry environment away from direct sunlight.
Freeze at temperatures below 0°C. If frozen, dissolve and stir thoroughly; this will not affect its performance.
Validity period 12 months (under suitable temperature conditions, unopened).
